Enjoy wine tasting and tours at local restaurants and wineries in northeast North Carolina.

Day 1

Weeksville Vineyard
Owned and run by Mack Sawyer, this 5-acre vineyard is a great location to see the other features this area has to offer. While the vineyard is still in its opening stages, wines are available for sale, and a tasting room should be open in 2007. In addition, the site offers a new pond that’s a perfect place to go for a group picnic.

The City Wine Sellar
The City Wine Sellar offers fine wines, great deli fare, and scrumptious desserts. It’s open for breakfast and lunch with freshly-baked bread, danishes, cookies, and more. Beer and wine are sold at this great location. In addition, every Friday night features a variety of live music between 7 and 10PM.

Day 2

Bistro at the Pines
When you're in the mood for good times and great cuisine, be sure to checkout Bistro at the Pines, a four-star rated establishment. The restaurant is located in one of the area's most pleasant settings and is known for its delightful staff and superb cuisine. The menu at Bistro at the Pines features a wide array of great selections, made from only the freshest and highest quality ingredients, with something sure to please every member of your group. Bistro at the Pines has established itself as one of the area's favorite culinary destinations. In addition, it is sure to offer you a pleasant and unique dining experience every time you visit.
