Tourism Director, Elizabeth City, NC
The Elizabeth City-Pasquotank County Tourism Development Authority is seeking a salaried Director responsible for developing and implementing a marketing strategy designed to attract visitors to the Elizabeth City, NC area. Responsible for preparing and implementing an approximately $500,000 annual budget as well as supervising paid and volunteer staff. Experience working with a marketing agency preferred. Bachelor’s degree and minimum five years experience in tourism, marketing, public relations, communications and/or journalism. Salary range $43,000 to $55,000 plus benefits.
